Session Pricing
For any paid photography projects, a 25% down (exact amount may vary with session type), non-refundable, retainer fee will be required to reserve your time and date for your session. This fee will be applied to the overall cost and the balance paid the day of your session. Online galleries associated with your session may expire (meaning you will no longer have access) after a period of 2 months following your session date. To re-activate an expired gallery, a $35 fee will be applied. The reason for this is due to holding costs of keeping photos stored in the cloud indefinitely. Download your files before the expiration date to avoid the fee.
Shoots outside of the general Bentonville, AR area may require an additional travel fee as outlined in the varied session agreements.
Purchased images being used for non-personal purposes (commercial, promotional, etc.) may require additional licensing fees depending on desired usage.

The Family Photo Session - (Starting at $400)
Natural, relaxed family photo session offerings with a balance of gently guided portraits and candid moments — focused on connection over perfection.
SESSION OPTIONS
The “Short & Sweet” (30 minutes | $400)
Best for quick updates, holiday cards, or families wanting a streamlined, low-stress experience.
The “Storyteller” (60 minutes | $625)
A more relaxed session with additional time for kids to warm up, natural interactions to unfold, and greater variety in imagery.

EXTENDED FAMILY PHOTO SESSIONS
Available as a +$100 add-on to the Storytelling session. Extended family sessions typically run 60–90 minutes, allowing time for full group portraits and smaller family combinations. Not available with the Short & Sweet option.
STYLE & NOTES
Sessions are photographed primarily using natural light and edited for color, exposure, and overall consistency. Additional retouching, when feasible, is available for an additional fee. Sessions take place in or around Bentonville, AR; travel fees may apply for locations outside the area.
Event Photography - (Please Inquire for a Quote)
From galas to groundbreakings to bike festivals and races, I have a passion for photographing events. Shoot me a note if you’re interested in me documenting your project.
**Please Note - Typical (non-wedding) event rates usually run at a minimum of 2 hours with a per hour rate of $500/hr, or $375/hr for non-profit organizations. However, all events are different, and some may justify a different pricing approach. Let’s discuss!
Additional licensing fees may apply depending on desired usage.
Your gallery will include both color edits as well as black and white conversions if requested.
Family Film SESSION (Cinematic Video & Photos, 90 min) - $750+
A documentary-style session designed to capture your family as they live, move, and connect in this season of life — not posed, not scripted.
These sessions focus on real moments: kids playing, quiet mornings at home, birthdays, or everyday routines you’ll someday wish you could revisit.
Along with a full photo gallery, you’ll receive a short cinematic film that brings these moments to life — preserving the movement, laughter, and energy that still images alone can’t fully hold.

Senior Sessions are for those graduating seniors (High School, College, etc.) who are wanting to go beyond the typical headshot and fully bring their unique aesthetic to life. Great effort will be spent prior to your shoot to understand your preferred aesthetic, including potential outfit changes, location, and overall image look and feel.
Sitting Fee - $300

The base fee includes 1.5-3 hours of shoot time, but additional time can be added if desired at rate of $150 for each additional hour. Please inquire if interested in adding additional time!
Individual HEADSHOT SESSION - $325
A clean, professional headshot without the fuss. Includes 15–20 minutes of studio-lit photography (head-and-shoulders or half-body), plus 3 high-res final images in color (B&W versions available on request), with full download and printing rights.
Sessions are typically held at my home pop-up studio in Bentonville. Alternate locations available—travel fees may apply.
Add-ons include additional images, digital lifestyle backgrounds, and extended licensing for commercial use.

Heirloom Portraiture - $350+

These heirloom-quality images celebrate the fleeting moments of childhood, preserving their innocence and wonder in beautiful compositions that stand the test of time.
Sitting Fee - $350 (Accommodates one child. Additional siblings may be added at a rate of $150 each).

Real Estate Photography - $365+
When it comes to real estate photography, I specialize primarily in photographing furnished long term rentals such as AirBnbs and VRBOs, which requires a little more emphasis on design aesthetic than a typical real estate shoot.
Images from these shoots are generally created by compositing multiple images (some including flash) to generate a striking visual that will enhance any listing.
Pricing is determined by square footage, room counts, etc.

Depending on how closely my style of photography fits with the needs of your project (whether personal or commercial), it may be possible to arrange a custom session on an ad hoc basis. Simply fill out the contact form to inquire!
