Session Pricing
For any paid photography projects, a 25% down (exact amount may vary with session type), non-refundable, retainer fee will be required to reserve your time and date for your session. This fee will be applied to the overall cost and the balance paid the day of your session. Online galleries associated with your session may expire (meaning you will no longer have access) after a period of 2 months following your session date. To re-activate an expired gallery, a $35 fee will be applied. The reason for this is due to holding costs of keeping photos stored in the cloud indefinitely. Download your files before the expiration date to avoid the fee.
Shoots outside of the general Bentonville, AR area may require an additional travel fee as outlined in the varied session agreements.
Purchased images being used for non-personal purposes (commercial, promotional, etc.) may require additional licensing fees depending on desired usage.
Pricing as shown below excludes sales tax.
The Family Session (45-60 MinuteS) - $425+
The Family Session, which is probably the shoot type best suited for families just wanting some family photos (mostly posed with some candids).
What’s Included:
All images from your session in high resolution, in both color and black and white edits, with full printing rights. Delivery of your images is via an online gallery.
$30 Print Credit
**Please Note - All images are shot in primarily natural light (i.e. no flash photography, meaning outdoors venues are best suited). All images are edited for color, exposure, and other minimal adjustments. Your gallery will include both color edits and black and white conversions. Additional editing requests—assuming feasibility—can be made for an additional fee. Shoots outside of the general Bentonville, AR area might require additional fees for travel. **

Pricing is only for immediate families. In cases of extended family, sessions will be priced at $525+ due to additional editing and logistics complexity. In these cases, session time will be more in the range of 45-90 minutes.
Event Photography - (Please Inquire for a Quote)
From galas to groundbreakings to bike festivals and races, I have a passion for photographing events. Shoot me a note if you’re interested in me documenting your project.
**Please Note - Typical (non-wedding) event rates usually run at a minimum of 2 hours with a per hour rate of $315 for the first two hours and $150 for each following hour. However, all events are different, and some may justify a different pricing approach. Let’s discuss!

Your gallery will include both color edits and black and white conversions.
DOCUMENTARY PHOTOGRAPHY SESSION (90 Minute) - $565+
This type of session is recommended for documenting families, children, events, friends just living life. For families, this type of session can be your children playing outside in the sprinkler, having a birthday party, eating ice cream, coloring or playing dress-up. You and your family and friends eating dinner or breakfast or just lounging. Maybe whatever is it that you and your family and friends might be doing anyway. This type of session can often capture a piece of the authentic, but also perhaps unnoticed parts of your life.
What’s Included:
1.5 hours of shooting time, as well as editing and post-production of images.
All images from your session in high resolution with full printing rights. Delivery of your images is via an online gallery.
$60 Print Credit

Personal Branding Sessions are for those who are wanting to go beyond the typical headshot and fully bring their unique aesthetic to life. Great effort will be spent prior to your shoot to understand your preferred aesthetic, including potential outfit changes, location, and overall image look and feel.
Sitting Fee - $250

Individual HEADSHOT SESSION - $300
This is for my travel time to the agreed upon location (if applicable), 15-20 min of shooting time, editing and post-production of images, online gallery of 3 high-resolution edited photos, in both color and black and white edits, with download and printing rights. This type of session is recommended for those in need of a professional headshot or environmental portrait.
HOUSEHOLD DISCOUNT: 15% discount for households that book 2 or more individuals for headshots.
Add-On Options:
Additional images may be purchased from your session for an additional fee.
NOTE: Additional licensing fees may apply depending on desired usage. (For a more editorial aesthetic, including full-body shots, multiple outfits/locations, etc., consider a personal branding session).

All weddings are different. Submit an inquiry for a quote or to discuss whether I might be a good fit to capture your special day!
STudio Portraiture - (Please inquire for an exact quote)
Studio portrait sessions are for those looking for something a little more traditional or formal. These sessions are typically shot in front of a painted seamless backdrop with studio lighting. The images from a studio session also generally receive higher touch editing and adjustments.
**Please Note - Pricing typically starts around $300, but will depend on complexity of the shoot (number of people, etc.). Contact me for a quote!

Real Estate Photography - $365+
When it comes to real estate photography, I specialize primarily in photographing furnished long term rentals such as AirBnbs and VRBOs, which requires a little more emphasis on design aesthetic than a typical real estate shoot.
Images from these shoots are generally created by compositing multiple images (some including flash) to generate a striking visual that will enhance any listing.
Pricing is determined by square footage, room counts, etc.
