EVENT COVERAGE

Event photography is available at two service tiers depending on the scale and nature of your event:

Signature Event Coverage — $450/hr (galas, large fundraisers, major corporate events)
Small Business & Private Event Coverage — $325/hr (small business milestones, office celebrations, and select private events)

All event coverage requires a 2-hour minimum. Qualifying 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations receive a 10% discount on either tier — just provide your determination letter at booking.

Add-On: Event Sizzle Reel — $450

Complement your photo coverage with a 2–3 minute highlight film, delivered in horizontal (16:9) or vertical (9:16) format. Need both? Add $100. Available as an add-on to any event coverage booking.

Additional licensing fees may apply depending on desired usage.

 Your gallery will include both color edits and—if requested—black and white conversions.
