SESSION AGREEMENT (PLEASE READ): Each time slot is for one person only (these are individual portraits. However, if you are purchasing multiple time slots, for siblings for example, you may request a joint sibling shot in lieue of one of their individual portraits). If you are hoping to have multiple individuals' portraits taken, you will need to book one time slot per person. Session fee is $225 per slot (volume discounts for multiple purchased slots apply per the main session description above). For your session fee per person of $225 you will receive 3 painstakingly edited, high resolution images selected by the photographer in both color and black & white within 2 weeks of the session date. In addition, as a gift, you will receive an 8x10" matboard mounted print. Each session per person is no more than 10 minutes long. It is intended for these sessions to run on time! Please make your best effort to arrive on time or early. Late arrivals will be slotted in, if possible, at the next available slot on the day of your session reservation. However, although we will do our best to accommodate, session availability cannot be guaranteed for late arrivals. Additional session details will be sent a few days prior to the session date. REFUND NOTES: full refunds will be given only up to the Friday preceding your scheduled session date, if you need to cancel your appointment. If proactively canceled after this date, your session fee may be applied against a future session of any type as long as scheduled date is within 90 days of the cancelled date. No call, no shows will forfeit their session fee. *

IMAGE USAGE: You will be granted full printing rights for your delivered image(s), however you must not further edit the images you receive in any meaningful way. In other words, don't slap an Instagram filter onto an edited image you paid good money for! Russell Bloodworth Photography will retain copyright as well as right to use images for marketing purposes. *
